School Based Initial Teacher Training
We continue to support the next generation of Teachers with 31 trainees completing the final part of their school placements across our Trust and also partner schools.
We are always so grateful for the support we receive from across the region , namely the Kingfisher Learning Trust, Tame River Educational Trust and the University of Cumbria.
Recruitment for the Class of 2026 continues to move at pace with some exciting developments ahead. We continue to shape the future direction of Initial Teacher training by partnering with the University around the future of Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeships.
As always if you know of anyone interested in 'Getting into Teaching' please connect with our everyonelearning Team.
Apprenticeships
Further to this, we are excited by the range of opportunities available through the Apprenticeship scheme. We are offer exciting opportunities for our staff teams. Many staff are taking advantage of this to further their own development. Staff are currently engaged in or about to embark on a variety of Apprenticeship. These range from Customer Service, Business Management, Leadership to Teaching Assistant.
The Professional Development Pathway is also taking shape where all staff will have access to foundational, proficient and expert levels of training offered by the Trust.
