This week, in our TA3/4 development programme we delved deeper into the study of cognitive science and practical classroom strategies.
We also had our learners engage in deep and thoughtful discussions with one another that served to challenge and expand their prior beliefs and understandings of how to properly engage wiht their learners.

Elsewhere this week, working with leaders from across Manchester LA provided time for reflection on how we build an inclusive culture. It’s always so powerful to engage in professional discussion.
